How It Works

Obtaining an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) can be a transformative experience for those facing emotional or psychological challenges. Through a simple yet thorough process, you’ll unlock a world of unconditional support, companionship, and psychological relief. Imagine having a loyal friend by your side, one who can help alleviate stress, anxiety, or feelings of loneliness. ESAs are more than just pets; they are devoted companions that provide emotional stability and unconditional love. With the guidance of a licensed mental health professional, you’ll go through the easy, streamlined process below to determine if you’re a candidate for an ESA letter.

Free, Quick Screening: This initial screening involves a short questionnaire aimed at assessing your need for an ESA. While this isn’t a comprehensive evaluation, it is the first step in determining whether you might qualify for an ESA.

Speak With A Therapist: If you pass the initial screening, we’ll match you with a licensed mental health professional in your state for a more thorough evaluation. If they determine that an ESA would help alleviate your symptoms, they can write you an ESA letter.

Receive Your ESA Letter: If you are approved, you’ll get your ESA letter with 24 hours* of your initial consultation. This is the document you’ll need to present when requested to prove that your animal is indeed an Emotional Support Animal.
